Vice President, Segment Integration & Insights

About the role

Mastercard is seeking a Vice President to lead Segment Integration & Insights across its four core CNPF business lines. The role partners with senior leadership to translate vision into actionable strategies, ensuring the delivery of high‑impact initiatives that drive growth and operational excellence.

Key responsibilities

• Translate executive vision into clear goals, KPIs, and long‑term strategies in partnership with CNPF and Services Finance.
• Drive goal cascade through implementation of OKRs/KPIs aligned with business priorities.
• Oversee performance via regular operational reviews, dashboards, and risk mitigation.
• Lead cross‑functional projects, applying structured project‑management methodologies to ensure timely delivery.
• Promote best practices, knowledge sharing, and clear information flow across teams.
• Act as primary liaison for regional and global stakeholders.
• Lead, mentor, and develop the direct team.

Required profile

• Significant experience in operations, management consulting, or senior leadership roles with strong financial acumen.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, economics, or related field; MBA preferred.
• Demonstrated strategic thinking with attention to execution details.
• High emotional intelligence and ability to influence without authority.
• People‑leadership experience.
