VIE – Junior Product Manager – US Brands

About the role

The VIE Junior Product Manager will support the US Brands portfolio, learning core product management and trade‑marketing practices. Working closely with the Group Product Manager and cross‑functional teams, you will help launch products, analyse sell‑out data and maintain brand standards across the EMEA region.

Key responsibilities

• Implement the EMEA strategy locally and ensure the annual launch plan timeline is met.
• Coordinate with EMEA counterparts to deliver negotiated activities at the local level.
• Monitor brand visual assets, POS materials and merchandising guidelines together with the Merchandising Manager.
• Perform monthly sell‑out analysis, integrate purchase orders in SAP and adjust A&P mix based on RHQ feedback and consumer insights.
• Support the Group Product Manager in growing the business with Sephora, building relationships with local buyers and trade‑marketing managers.
• Identify partnership opportunities for trade visibility (POS, online, CRM) and provide feedback for future negotiations.
• Contribute to trade‑animation plans, proposing and executing point‑of‑sale and e‑retail activations such as GWPs, communication tools, stock allocations and banners.
• Assist in forecasting, launch set‑up and POSM planning.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar product or trade‑marketing role.
• Strong digital attitude and basic knowledge of trade‑marketing concepts.
• Advanced proficiency in English and Italian.
• Experience in the skincare market is a plus.
• Excellent analytical skills with a focus on data interpretation.
