Villa Scouting Agent

About the role

Tuscandream, a premier luxury villa rental and travel agency in Tuscany, is looking for a Villa Scouting Agent to join its team. This full‑time hybrid position combines on‑site property visits with remote research to expand the company’s portfolio of high‑end villas for rentals and partner collaborations.

Key responsibilities

• Research and identify potential luxury villas across the Tuscan region.
• Maintain and develop relationships with villa owners and partners.
• Conduct on‑site inspections and evaluate properties against company standards.
• Coordinate in‑person visits and support luxury experience planning.
• Keep accurate, up‑to‑date records of all villa offerings.

Required profile

• Strong research and analytical abilities to assess villa suitability.
• Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills.
• High attention to detail and strong organizational capabilities.
• Experience in property scouting, real estate, hospitality, or luxury travel is an asset.
• Fluent in English and Italian, both written and spoken; additional languages are a plus.
• Familiarity with the cultural and geographical uniqueness of Tuscany.
• Proactive, resourceful, and able to work independently in a hybrid environment.
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel throughout Tuscany.
