Warehouse Operations Assistant

About the role

EFI Reggiani Macchine Spa is seeking a Warehouse Operations Assistant to join its warehouse team in Comun Nuovo (Bergamo). The role involves managing daily warehouse activities in a high‑volume, fast‑paced environment while ensuring accuracy and teamwork.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare transport documents (DDT) and process shipments in SAP, ensuring compliance with internal procedures.
• Create and manage shipment labels, handling a large daily volume.
• Coordinate with couriers to organise and monitor deliveries, guaranteeing timely arrivals.
• Handle spare‑part and ink requests from order receipt through to final dispatch.
• Maintain and update shipment tracking reports for effective internal communication.
• Apply appropriate shipping procedures for EU and extra‑EU destinations.
• Follow up orders with the logistics team to ensure smooth operational flow.
• Communicate daily with other EFI sites to coordinate deliveries.
• Monitor routine warehouse activities, perform data analysis and system checks.
• Receive, archive and maintain documentation and records.
• Support the shipping team in daily tasks and manage purchase requests via SAP.

Required profile

• Strong command of the English language.
• Excellent organisational abilities and attention to detail.
• Proven experience in a structured, high‑tempo logistics environment.
• Ability to manage time, set priorities and multitask effectively.
• Team‑oriented attitude with good communication skills.
