Warehouse Operator

About the role

We are seeking a hands‑on Warehouse Operator to join our Industrial Operations team in Cosio Valtellino. You will support the safe and efficient flow of materials, ensuring that receipt, storage, and dispatch processes meet our high standards for quality, safety, and environmental compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, organise and execute the receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods.
• Sort and place materials accurately on shelves and storage areas.
• Pick, collect and prepare items for delivery or pickup according to schedule.
• Process shipments, load delivery notes and manage related documentation.
• Maintain delivery documentation and supply orders using SAP ERP.
• Optimise warehouse space and handling equipment while adhering to safety and quality standards.
• Perform inventory controls through SAP and support HSEQ audits.
• Collaborate with procurement, logistics, finance and suppliers to align warehouse processes.
• Report hazards or incidents and ensure compliance with HSE procedures.

Required profile

• High school diploma.
• Previous experience in warehouse management.
• Ability to operate forklifts and cranes.
• Experience with ERP systems, preferably SAP.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, including project/planner tools.
• Strong communication skills in English and Italian.
