Warehouse Specialist

About the role

We are seeking a proactive and detail‑oriented Warehouse Specialist to support and optimise our warehouse and shipping operations. You will work in a dynamic environment, using data to drive efficiency and collaborating closely with logistics partners.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure smooth daily operations across warehouse and shipping activities.
• Create and manage SAP outbound deliveries for 3PL partners each day.
• Maintain accurate data in ERP (SAP S/4HANA) and WMS systems.
• Oversee daily dispatch of spare parts and finished goods according to plans and targets.
• Support Return‑to‑Stock back‑office activities.
• Monitor and improve stock accuracy through cycle counting and root‑cause analysis.
• Identify and drive continuous‑improvement opportunities within warehouse operations.
• Ensure warehouse procedures are clearly defined, implemented, and followed by 3PL partners.

Required profile

• High School Diploma; a degree in Economics or Engineering is a plus.
• 2–3 years of experience in logistics, warehousing, or a similar field.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
• Strong analytical mindset with a customer‑focused approach.
• Proactive, flexible, collaborative, and curious with strong team spirit.

Required skills

• Good knowledge of SAP S/4HANA.
• Proficiency with MS Office.
