Warehouse Supervisor

About the role

The Warehouse Supervisor will lead a team of 25‑30 employees in a fast‑growing environment, ensuring that quality, quantity and delivery deadlines are met while maintaining strict health and safety standards.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and motivate a logistics team, fostering collaboration and setting clear performance expectations.
• Conduct shift briefings, plan daily workloads, and allocate resources to meet warehouse demand.
• Monitor and report on performance indicators such as productivity, inventory accuracy, quality, and safety.
• Ensure compliance with procedures during goods receipt and shipment, and address non‑conformities with the quality department.
• Handle administrative tasks including absence management, overtime tracking, and individual performance reviews.
• Identify and implement continuous‑improvement actions across processes and organization.

Required profile

• Degree in a technical field (engineering or economics).
• 3‑4 years of experience in a modern, structured company, preferably in production planning or engineering.
• Proven ability to work by objectives in dynamic contexts and make operational decisions.
• Strong organizational and leadership capabilities.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel.
• Experience using SAP management software.
