Warehouse Team Leader

About the role

Lead warehouse operations to ensure efficient, compliant, and uninterrupted material flow supporting manufacturing and supply activities.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate day‑to‑day receipt, storage, dispensing, transfer and shipment of materials and finished products.
• Manage warehouse resources, prioritize workload and drive performance to meet service, quality and productivity targets.
• Oversee inventory accuracy, material traceability and control processes.
• Ensure full compliance with GMP, GDP, HSE and company quality standards.
• Lead continuous‑improvement, Lean initiatives and digital transformation projects, including SAP usage.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Life Sciences or related field.
• Proven experience in warehouse, logistics or supply‑chain operations, preferably in pharma or highly regulated environments.
• Strong people leadership and stakeholder‑management abilities.
• Fluent in Italian and good command of English.
