Warehouse & Transportation Senior Clerk

About the role

The Warehouse & Transportation Senior Clerk will manage warehousing, packing, shipping and transportation activities, ensuring safe and efficient handling of semi‑bulk and bulk items in support of NATO operations.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate handling, warehousing, packing and shipping operations.
• Perform loading and unloading of semi‑bulk and bulk items.
• Operate material handling equipment such as forklifts and warehouse tractors.
• Maintain compliance with work safety, environmental and hazardous‑goods regulations.
• Use the Agency’s SAP system for inventory and logistics processes.
• Support deployment missions and remote locations as required.

Required profile

• Complete secondary education or equivalent.
• 2‑3 years experience in warehousing, packing or shipping, preferably as a clerk.
• Good health and physical ability to handle loading/unloading tasks.
• Valid Category B driving licence.
• Fluency in English (essential).

Required skills

• Operation of Material Handling Equipment (forklift, warehouse tractors).
• Proficiency with SAP enterprise software.
• Knowledge of safety, environmental and hazardous‑goods handling regulations.
