Worldwide Omnichannel Director

About the role

Fendi is looking for a highly experienced Worldwide Omnichannel Director to shape and execute its global omnichannel strategy. Based in Rome, this leader will drive seamless, integrated client experiences across all touchpoints, leveraging data, technology and a deep understanding of luxury retail.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and articulate a comprehensive global omnichannel strategy aligned with Fendi’s brand identity and business objectives.
• Lead regional omnichannel teams, fostering a culture of innovation and collaboration.
• Oversee the design and implementation of a cohesive client journey across boutiques, e‑commerce platforms, client services and digital marketing.
• Define and execute the global e‑commerce strategy, managing store operations, e‑merchandising and digital production.
• Drive the global CRM strategy, including client insights, client‑eling programs and CRM tool adoption.
• Promote a data‑driven approach, translating client behavior insights into actionable omnichannel initiatives.
• Partner with HQ functions (Retail, Merchandising, Go‑to‑Market, Supply Chain, IT) and zone teams to ensure alignment.
• Lead the rollout and optimization of omnichannel tools and technologies worldwide.

Required profile

• More than 10 years of experience in omnichannel, e‑commerce or CRM within the luxury retail sector.
• Strong strategic planning, analytical and presentation skills.
• Proven ability to turn data into actionable programs and lead cross‑functional execution globally.
• Excellent communication and influencing skills across all organizational levels.
• Passion for luxury retail and a results‑oriented mindset.
• Fluency in English (mandatory); Italian is a plus.
