Zone Manager – Sales (North West)

About the role

Stellantis is seeking a Zone Manager for Sales in the North‑West area. You will be responsible for driving commercial performance across dealer networks, ensuring targets for volume, mix, market share and profitability are met.

Key responsibilities

• Organise regular meetings with dealership managers to align on commercial objectives.
• Monitor monthly business scenarios, including customer demand and competitor activity.
• Analyse dealer KPIs such as product stock levels and invoice performance.
• Implement the Annual General Commercial Policy and support dealers in sell‑out actions.
• Ensure consistency between sell‑in and sell‑out plans, managing aged stock and recovery actions.
• Drive B2B PC activities, quality KPIs and new model launches.
• Support dealers in CRM, digital initiatives and operational marketing.
• Identify dealer needs for organisation, processes and sales‑force training to meet brand standards and Simplified Operating Standards.

Required profile

• 8‑10 years of sales and analytical experience, preferably in the automotive sector.
• Strong interpersonal, negotiation and problem‑solving abilities.
• High energy, determination and ability to manage stress.
• Proficiency in English and Italian.
