Zone Sales Manager – Multiple Regions in Italy

About the role

Stellantis is seeking a Zone Manager Sales to lead dealer activities across several Italian regions (North, Central, South). The role is field‑based, with the possibility to be based in Milan, Turin, Rome or Naples, and focuses on achieving commercial targets through effective sell‑in and sell‑out strategies.

Key responsibilities

• Organise regular meetings with dealership managers to align on commercial objectives.
• Monitor monthly business scenarios, including customer demand and competitor actions.
• Analyse dealer KPIs such as stock levels, invoices, and registrations.
• Support dealers in planning and executing sell‑out actions to maximise sales potential and profitability.
• Ensure consistency between sell‑in and sell‑out plans, managing aged stock and recovery actions.
• Drive B2B PC activities, quality KPIs, and new model launches.
• Promote CRM, digital, and operational marketing initiatives within dealerships.
• Identify dealer needs for organisation, processes, and sales‑force training to meet brand standards.

Required profile

• Strong sales and analytical orientation.
• Excellent interpersonal, negotiation and problem‑solving abilities.
• High energy, determination and ability to manage stress.
• Good command of English.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel (MS Office environment).

What we offer

• Salary range between €53,000 and €63,000 per year, based on experience and fit.
• Employment under the Specific Collective Labour Agreement (CCSL – CNEL code: CO10) in the third professional area.
