Corporate Content Specialist (Mid-Senior)

About the Role

Join the prestigious Corporate Communication & Branding department at Università Luiss Guido Carli. As a Corporate Content Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and safeguarding our institutional identity through high-impact storytelling and strategic communication.

Main Missions

• Draft, review, and optimize institutional and corporate content to ensure alignment with the university's strategic positioning.
• Adapt high-level content for marketing purposes while strictly adhering to the established tone of voice and brand identity.
• Define and evolve editorial lines across various communication channels to ensure consistency at every touchpoint.
• Produce BTL (Below The Line) communication supports and manage external service providers.
• Perform advanced editing and meticulous proofreading for complex, high-stakes institutional documents.
• Collaborate closely with internal departments to unify the brand voice across the organization.

Profile Required

• Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in content creation, copywriting, or corporate communication.
• Exceptional writing and editing skills in both Italian and English are mandatory.
• Strong sensitivity to storytelling, brand tone of voice, and linguistic clarity.
• Proven ability to manage complex editorial projects and multiple stakeholders.
