Graphic Knitwear Designer

About the role

Alanui is seeking a Graphic Knitwear Designer to join its Creative team in Milan. The role supports the design process for both women’s and men’s collections, translating graphic concepts into knitwear pieces and collaborating closely with product development.

Key responsibilities

• Research trends, colors, and references to build moodboards and inspiration boards.
• Create technical drawings, hand‑free sketches and patterns suitable for knitwear garments and fabric printing.
• Develop colour variations for graphics and carry‑over styles.
• Adapt and prepare graphical files from the style office for the product team.
• Provide feedback to product development, support fittings, fashion shows and produce sales‑campaign materials.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years experience in a similar role, preferably within a knitwear or fashion brand.
• Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Design or Graphic Design.
• Strong creative mindset with up‑to‑date knowledge of luxury fashion trends.
• Excellent organisational detail and ability to manage multiple projects.
• Fluent written and spoken English.

Required skills

• Proficient in Adobe InDesign, Photoshop and Illustrator.
• Experience using Procreate for graphic creation.
