Maintenance Worker – Arezzo

About the role

Alstom is looking for a Maintenance Worker to join its Arezzo depot. You will be responsible for ensuring the safety, reliability and availability of the train fleet through systematic inspection, fault detection and both preventive and corrective maintenance actions.

Key responsibilities

• Inspect train condition upon arrival at the depot and identify any faults or malfunctions.
• Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance tasks on train equipment.
• Maintain fleet availability and reliability while complying with safety and quality standards.
• Ensure proper functioning of all train systems and meet delivery deadlines.
• Use certified tools appropriate for each intervention.
• Update the fault database with relevant information.
• Communicate daily status updates to the team.
• Follow health, safety and railway safety regulations.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of customer service and travel experience.

Required profile

• Mandatory high school diploma; preferably a technical diploma in electronics, mechanics or IT.
• At least 3 years of maintenance experience, preferably in the railway sector.
• If railway experience, ANSF (National Railway Safety Agency) certification is preferred.
• Willingness to work rotating shifts, including nights and continuous cycles.
• Availability for short business trips.
