Quality Specialist – Aerospace

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Quality Specialist to join our aerospace team in Switzerland. The role focuses on ensuring compliance with aviation regulations, supporting internal and external audits, and providing quality guidance to maintenance, production, design, and continuing airworthiness departments.

Key responsibilities

• Support and participate in internal and external audits, including preparing audit checklists.
• Review and update organizational manuals and technical instructions.
• Prepare and deliver internal training and briefings on company procedures and technical topics.
• Conduct internal quality audits and generate audit reports.
• Assist Maintenance, Production, Design, and Continuing Airworthiness teams with licensing, authorizations, and approvals.

Required profile

• Minimum 4 years of experience as a quality assurance specialist in the aerospace industry.
• In‑depth knowledge of EASA Part 145 and Part 21 regulations.
• Holder of an active or former Aircraft Maintenance License.
• Practical experience as an inspector or auditor.
• Proven ability to develop handbooks, procedures, technical instructions, and audit documentation.
