Join a global leader in animal health! As a Regional Sales Manager for our Companion Animal Group (CAG), you will play a pivotal role in driving sales growth and improving animal healthcare standards. You will lead a team of veterinary diagnostic consultants, using your business acumen and leadership skills to inspire both your team and our valued clients.
Missions principales
- Lead and motivate the regional sales team to achieve and exceed commercial objectives.
- Manage sales activities across Southern Italy (Sardinia, Sicily, Calabria, Campania, Basilicata, Puglia).
- Oversee personnel management, including recruitment, coaching, performance evaluation, and professional development.
- Plan and organize field activities to ensure optimal resource allocation and customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with other sales channels and departments to align commercial operations and maximize service quality.
- Contribute to regional budget planning and the implementation of efficient business strategies.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement to enhance the overall customer experience.
Profil recherché
- Proven experience in sales management or leadership roles, preferably in the healthcare or veterinary sector.
- Strong business instinct with a track record of driving revenue growth.
- Exceptional leadership and people management skills.
- Ability to build deep, meaningful relationships with professional clients.
- Strategic thinker capable of managing complex territories and multi-departmental coordination.
