Join a global leader in the rail industry as a Maintenance Field Engineer based in Naples. In this high-impact role, you will drive operational excellence by bridging the gap between advanced data analysis and hands-on technical maintenance in a dynamic environment.

Missions principales

• Data-Driven Maintenance: Collect and analyze RAM (Reliability, Availability, Maintainability) data and manage infrastructure systems (MRX, PanMon, Gotcha) to implement effective condition-based maintenance.
• Technical Management: Oversee detailed vehicle configurations, track changes, and ensure full traceability of all technical modifications.
• Engineering Support: Perform Level of Repair Analysis (LORA), update spare parts lists, and provide technical specifications for depot tools.
• Lifecycle & Quality: Support troubleshooting, participate in design reviews, and manage supplier warranties and out-of-warranty failure analyses.
• Deployment & Training: Coordinate installation, testing, and commissioning phases, while collaborating with Standard & Training teams to educate staff and clients.
• Continuous Improvement: Develop innovative tools, provide performance analysis, and recommend enhancements for engineering support IT systems.

Profil recherché

• Proven experience as a Field Engineer or Maintenance Engineer within the rail or heavy industry sector.
• Strong autonomy and motivation to work in fast-paced, dynamic environments.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to translate complex data into actionable maintenance recommendations.
• Excellent coordination skills to interface between suppliers, operations, and engineering teams.

Competences requises

• Expertise in RAM analysis and Condition-Based Maintenance (CBM).
• Proficiency in managing technical infrastructure monitoring systems (MRX, PanMon, etc.).
• Strong knowledge of technical documentation, LORA, and spare parts management.
• Ability to lead troubleshooting and commissioning processes.
