Join a fast-growing, AI-powered HealthTech startup and play a pivotal role in shaping our future. As a Talent Acquisition Coordinator, you will manage a high-volume recruitment pipeline in a dynamic, distributed environment, ensuring we attract top-tier talent to fuel our innovation.
Missions principales
- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process autonomously in a fast-paced setting.
- Optimize job postings and manage candidate sourcing across various platforms like Indeed.
- Screen, shortlist, and interview candidates to maintain a high-quality talent pool.
- Coordinate interviews across multiple time zones with precision and efficiency.
- Achieve a consistent hiring target of four qualified hires every two weeks.
- Support the onboarding process to ensure a seamless integration for new hires.
- Propose and implement process improvements to increase recruitment efficiency.
Profil recherché
- Proven experience in high-volume recruitment or talent acquisition.
- Ability to work autonomously in a remote, distributed, and fast-moving startup environment.
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple time zones.
- Results-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting strict hiring targets.
- Strong communication skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
