About the role
RE:LAB is looking for an Automotive / Management Engineer to strengthen its R&D activities in the mobility and automotive domain. You will support research and innovation projects, work with multidisciplinary teams, and help define and deliver technical and strategic project activities.
Key responsibilities
- Contribute to the development and execution of automotive and mobility research projects.
- Support the definition of project activities, technical concepts, and innovation strategies.
- Collaborate with engineers, designers, researchers, and external partners.
- Prepare technical documentation, reports, and project deliverables.
- Assist in project coordination and alignment across stakeholders.
- Participate in benchmarking, technology scouting, and innovation activities related to future mobility solutions.
Required profile
- Master’s degree in Automotive Engineering, Management Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Strong interest in research, innovation, and technology‑driven projects.
- Ability to work in multidisciplinary and collaborative environments.
- Analytical mindset with a structured approach to technical and organisational tasks.
- Good communication and documentation skills.
- Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
