CGI Visualiser – 3D Modelling & Rendering for Real Estate

About the role

We are looking for a highly motivated CGI Visualiser to join our design team within a real‑estate development business. You will create 3D models and visualisations that communicate design intent for signature hospitality projects, primarily at the concept stage.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with architectural and design teams to visualise exterior, interior and architectural projects.
• Develop and present original design concepts based on client requirements.
• Create bespoke materials and textures in 3ds Max and Corona Renderer.
• Model or source 3D FF&E and bespoke furniture from sketches or reference images.
• Produce fast sketch renders and previews for internal review.
• Work in an agile team environment and use project‑management tools such as Jira.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering or a related field.
• Solid experience as a CGI Exterior Designer and as a CGI Interior Designer.
• Fluent in written and spoken English.
• Highly experienced, self‑led and confident presenting concepts to clients.
• Ability to work remotely and deliver high‑level aesthetic results.

Required skills

• Proficiency in 3ds Max.
• Expertise with Corona Renderer.
• Strong 3D modelling and rendering capabilities.
• Familiarity with Jira or similar project‑management software.
