Commercial Quality Specialist (French)

About the role

Kenvue is seeking a Commercial Quality Specialist who is fluent in French to support the implementation and maintenance of quality standards across its handling, storage, and distribution network in Europe, the Middle East and Africa. The role is hybrid, based in Prague, and works closely with internal teams and external service providers.

Key responsibilities

• Own and continuously improve the Quality Management System for handling, storage, and distribution activities.
• Ensure audit readiness and lead internal, external and health‑authority (GDP) audits and inspections.
• Provide quality oversight of distribution operations, managing deviations, CAPAs, change controls and risk assessments.
• Manage quality performance of suppliers, 3PLs and distributors, including qualification, monitoring and Quality Agreements.
• Lead quality incident escalation, field actions and temperature‑excursion management.
• Ensure training compliance and promote a strong quality culture across teams and partners.
• Partner cross‑functionally with Operations, Transport, Customer Service and Regional Quality teams.
• Act as Cluster Champion for Returns, driving standardisation and continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in Quality Assurance within the pharmaceutical or cosmetics industry.
• Up‑to‑date knowledge of pharmaceutical legislation and GxP regulations.
• University scientific degree.
• Fluency in English and French; basic knowledge of Italian (additional languages a plus).
