Construction Manager – Onsite (Milan)

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Construction Manager to lead the on‑site execution of pre‑fabrication, fabrication and construction of structures, manifolds and pipelines in Milan. The role involves overseeing all phases of construction, ensuring efficiency, quality and compliance with project specifications and local regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Manage overall pre‑fabrication, fabrication and on‑shore construction of structures, manifolds and pipelines.
• Ensure efficient execution of construction work and maintain technical quality through constructability reviews.
• Plan and monitor construction schedules, costs and compliance with project specifications.
• Review contractors’ construction plans and conduct constructability assessments.
• Identify and apply appropriate HSEQ standards in line with company policies and local legislation.
• Oversee contractors, troubleshoot construction issues and manage site supervisors.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in construction management, preferably in large‑scale industrial projects.
• Excellent spoken and written English with proven report‑writing ability.
