Construction Site Supervisor – Project Management

About the role

The Construction Site Supervisor will lead the full lifecycle of construction sites, from mobilisation through to demobilisation, ensuring safety, budget compliance, schedule adherence and quality standards. You will work closely with the Project Manager and Commissioning Manager and oversee a multidisciplinary team on‑site.

Key responsibilities

• Set up, mobilise, and demobilise construction sites according to project plans.
• Implement and monitor HSE procedures in line with the project HSE plan.
• Apply quality standards based on the Project Quality Plan and manage non‑conformities.
• Organise daily activities, allocate resources and keep the project schedule up to date.
• Supervise subcontractors during execution, installation and commissioning phases.
• Manage handovers between civil, mechanical and electrical works and the commissioning team.
• Lead the closure of punch‑list items and ensure all documentation is complete.
• Report progress, challenges and risks to the Project Manager.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Civil, Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
• Minimum 5 years of experience supervising construction sites.
• Proven ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and coordinate subcontractors.
