About the role
The Customer Manager Specialist will act as the primary point of contact for automotive customers integrating our engines into their vehicles. The role bridges technical teams and sales, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the client’s satisfaction.
Key responsibilities
- Serve as the reference for customers on non‑commercial matters related to engine integration.
- Support sales by conveying customer needs and feedback to internal teams.
- Gather and prioritize issues, coordinate with the engine platform team, and drive resolutions.
- Define and manage program planning with customers, aligning deadlines for platform evaluations.
- Collect and disseminate client feedback on products and development processes across the organization.
- Promote off‑the‑shelf pivot solutions that best meet client requirements.
- Collaborate with regional customer managers to capture synergies and ensure global platform alignment.
Required profile
- Engineering degree or equivalent technical qualification.
- Strong technical background in engines and ATS systems.
- Proven project‑management experience.
- Knowledge of engineering, quality, and platform processes.
- Fluent in Italian and English.
