Demand Planning Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a Demand Planning Specialist to join our team in Turin. The role focuses on consolidating commercial demand, building production plans and ensuring alignment with supply and sales teams. You will play a key part in translating market needs into actionable production schedules.

Key responsibilities

• Consolidate and analyse monthly commercial demand and its evolution (volumes and mix) to provide input for industrial assessment.
• Collaborate with scheduling, supply and sales teams to guarantee plan execution and meet production targets.
• Allocate master production capacity by building market‑specific programs that respect regional distribution, stock targets, range evolution and strategic constraints.
• Analyse product‑mix trends and support capacity adjustment decisions in partnership with the supply team.
• Prepare guideline documents with the product team to communicate major range changes to markets.
• Ensure priorities, commercial constraints and mandatory targets are respected in the firm month.
• Maintain appropriate order levels to cover production and adjust programs based on order availability.
• Integrate new‑product planning into production schedules and support commercial launches.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in supply‑chain or demand‑planning functions.
• Proficient English (minimum B2 level).
• Strong analytical and synthesis abilities.
• Collaborative mindset with good listening and adaptability.
• Proactive attitude and negotiation skills.

Required skills

• Advanced Excel (expert working knowledge).
