DevOps Engineer – Cloud Infrastructure (GCP)

About the role

We are looking for a DevOps Engineer to design, build, and evolve modern cloud infrastructure that powers live, production gaming systems at scale. The role is fully remote within Europe and focuses on Google Cloud Platform (GCP), where you will collaborate with developers to improve delivery speed, system stability, and operational efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Design, build, and evolve cloud infrastructure on GCP.
• Manage workloads using Compute Engine and Cloud Run.
• Containerize applications with Docker for consistent deployments.
• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines using GitLab CI or similar tools.
• Implement Infrastructure as Code with Terraform.
• Improve reliability, security, performance, and observability across environments.
• Automate repetitive operational tasks.
• Monitor systems and enhance observability using modern practices.
• Support production systems to ensure stability, scalability, and resilience.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a DevOps Engineer or similar role supporting production systems.
• Strong hands‑on experience with GCP.
• Solid experience building CI/CD pipelines.
• Good understanding of networking, system design, and cloud architecture principles.
• Awareness of security best practices in cloud environments.
• Ability to troubleshoot complex distributed systems.
• Strong communication skills in English and ability to work independently in remote teams.
• Proactive, ownership‑driven mindset.
