Digital Designer (UX/UI)

About the role

Deutsche Telekom is seeking a Digital Designer (UX/UI) to join its Design & Customer Experience team in Milan. You will help create human‑centred digital experiences that make technology feel more personal and trustworthy.

Key responsibilities

• Rapidly generate and validate concepts by building prototypes, testing early, and using real user feedback to guide decisions.
• Facilitate cross‑disciplinary collaboration through workshops and co‑creation sessions.
• Communicate design ideas and evidence clearly to support customer‑centric decision‑making.
• Design end‑to‑end journeys across products and platforms, balancing user needs, business goals, and technical constraints.
• Contribute to and evolve the shared design system to improve quality and consistency.
• Champion accessibility and inclusion, ensuring experiences work for all users.
• Explore emerging technologies and challenge conventions to innovate through design.
