Early Childhood Native-Level English Teacher

About the role

We are looking for enthusiastic, native‑level English‑speaking educators to join our teaching teams in Monza. You will inspire young learners, helping children aged 0‑6 develop solid English language foundations within a multicultural setting.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver engaging and effective English lessons tailored to diverse learners.
• Collaborate with colleagues to design and adapt teaching materials that support bilingual education.
• Monitor and assess student progress, providing constructive feedback.
• Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages participation and respect for cultural diversity.
• Maintain open communication with parents and guardians regarding student progress and school activities.
• Participate in professional development and training opportunities.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Education, English, or a related field.
• Proven teaching experience, preferably in bilingual or multicultural settings with children aged 0‑6.
• Native‑level proficiency in English; knowledge of Italian is an advantage.
• Recognized teaching certifications such as CELTA, CELTYL or TEFL.
• Enthusiastic, patient and genuinely passionate about early childhood education.
• Culturally aware and comfortable working in an international environment.
• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
