Facility and Security Services Manager

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Facility and Security Services Manager to lead the upkeep, safety and continuous improvement of four Bosch manufacturing sites in Italy. The role combines leadership of an internal team, coordination with external service providers and strategic oversight of building, energy and security operations.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of about five internal Facility & Maintenance associates.
• Oversee maintenance, utilities, technical systems and workplace services across the four sites.
• Plan and execute preventive and corrective maintenance to ensure reliability and business continuity.
• Manage landlords, external contractors and service providers, monitoring performance, costs and service‑level agreements.
• Coordinate facility‑related projects, investments and continuous‑improvement initiatives from planning through implementation.
• Monitor energy consumption, CO₂ emissions and drive efficiency and cost‑reduction measures.
• Supervise site security, access control, CCTV, visitor management and liaison with external security providers.
• Ensure emergency preparedness, business continuity and compliance with health, safety and environmental legislation.

Required profile

• Minimum 3‑5 years of experience in facility management, HSE, civil engineering or a related field, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
• Proven team‑leadership and people‑management skills.
• Strong knowledge of occupational health & safety, environmental regulations and building codes.
• Experience managing multiple external suppliers and contracts.
• Fluent in English and Italian; German is a plus.
