Facility Coordinator

About the role

As a Facilities Coordinator for the Southern region, you will ensure Tesla Centers across Southern Europe and North Africa operate smoothly, providing an excellent experience for employees, customers, and contractors. Working closely with the Facilities Manager, you will combine administrative tasks with hands‑on operational work while traveling to multiple locations.

Key responsibilities

• Handle daily facility and workplace requests (primarily in the Fexa system) and route them to appropriate vendors.
• Promptly resolve repairs and maintenance issues at all Southern sites.
• Support vendor relations to ensure timely and effective issue resolution.
• Manage the full finance process from purchase‑order creation to invoice approval.
• Conduct regular site visits to foster positive relationships with front‑line teams and provide feedback.
• Respond to emergencies with swift, effective solutions.

Required profile

• Passion for Tesla’s mission and a desire to make a global impact.
• Experience in facilities management or a related field with a proven track record.
• Strong organizational, project‑management, and detail‑orientation skills.
• High energy, able to thrive in a fast‑paced environment and juggle multiple priorities.
• Collaborative attitude and ability to work cross‑functionally with internal teams and external vendors.
• Fluent English; Italian or Spanish preferred.
• Willingness to travel frequently across Southern Europe and North Africa.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Experience using the Fexa facilities‑management system.
