About the role

We are looking for a Founding Sales Development Representative to join a fast‑growing international SaaS company. This is a remote, high‑autonomy position focused on building outbound pipelines across European markets and shaping the go‑to‑market strategy for new territories.

Key responsibilities

  • Drive outbound prospecting to generate new business opportunities and expand the sales pipeline across Europe.
  • Conduct high‑volume cold calls as the primary channel for booking qualified meetings.
  • Research target accounts, identify decision‑makers and create personalized outreach across email, phone, LinkedIn and events.
  • Collaborate with Account Executives, Marketing, Strategy and Revenue Operations to improve pipeline generation.
  • Communicate product value propositions, understand customer pain points and identify relevant opportunities.
  • Contribute to outbound sales processes, messaging frameworks and international go‑to‑market strategies.
  • Share successful tactics, market insights and prospecting best practices with the broader sales team.

Required profile

  • Previous experience in Sales Development, Business Development or outbound sales within SaaS, technology or high‑growth environments.
  • Strong cold‑calling capabilities with a proactive, resilient approach.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding individual performance targets.
  • Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills with a customer‑centric mindset.
  • Fluency in English and professional proficiency in at least one additional European language (German, Spanish or French preferred).
  • Strong organizational skills to manage pipelines and prioritize in a remote setting.
  • Self‑motivated, independent, comfortable with high ownership and autonomy.
  • Collaborative attitude, willingness to share learnings and contribute to team success.
  • Curiosity, adaptability and a continuous learning mindset.
