Full Stack Developer

About the role

The Full Stack Developer will work closely with business partners and executive leadership to design, build, and enhance our eLearning platform. This hands‑on role combines web design alignment, user‑experience optimisation, and brand consistency while delivering high‑quality software solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Design, code, configure, test and implement software solutions for the eLearning platform.
• Provide technical insight, direction and guidance on technologies used within the platform.
• Maintain best‑practice standards to ensure on‑time, quality deliveries.
• Stay up‑to‑date with industry trends and incorporate them into development processes.
• Communicate technical decisions and proposed solutions to both IT and non‑IT stakeholders.
• Collaborate with management and executive teams to define requirements and lead operational projects.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science (Master’s degree is a plus).
• Fluent in written and spoken Italian and English; additional language is a plus.
• Proven experience in PHP development.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks under tight schedules and work both independently and within teams.
• Innovative, self‑motivated with strong organisational skills.
