General Ledger Accountant (GL) – Finance Role

About the role

Join the Space Division of Telespazio-Leonardo and support the financial backbone of a leading aerospace and satellite services provider. As a General Ledger (GL) Accountant you will ensure accurate recording of transactions and timely period‑end closing.

Key responsibilities

• Manage general ledger accounting and post journal entries.
• Support fast monthly, quarterly and annual closing cycles.
• Prepare and review balance‑sheet reconciliations.
• Record accruals, provisions, pre‑payments and deferrals.
• Apply IFRS accounting standards to all entries.

Required profile

• 2–3 years of professional accounting experience.
• Proficiency with Excel for data analysis and reporting.
• Hands‑on experience with ERP systems, preferably SAP FI.
