General Legal Affairs Internship

About the role

Bulgari Spa’s Corporate Legal Department in Rome is seeking a motivated intern to join the General Legal Affairs team. The role offers hands‑on exposure to commercial legal matters supporting the Group’s strategic objectives and regulatory compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in adapting and revising standard agreements (distribution, franchising, brand ambassadors, events, agency, design, etc.) to reflect changes in law, regulations, or business strategy.
• Support the preparation of training materials, including research and slide decks.
• Conduct in‑depth legal research on topics relevant to the Group’s activities.
• Monitor updates and developments in applicable national and international laws and regulations as directed.

Required profile

• Current law student or recent graduate.
• Strong problem‑solving abilities and flexibility.
• Comfortable dealing with ambiguity.
• Fluent in both spoken and written Italian and English.
• Entrepreneurial spirit.
