Global Architecture Senior Designer

About the role

Bottega Veneta is seeking a Global Architecture Senior Designer to lead the creative direction of its flagship stores, residences and department‑store projects worldwide. The role blends architectural vision with luxury‑retail storytelling, ensuring every space reflects the brand’s identity and craftsmanship.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and oversee global architecture projects, including flagships, residences and department stores.
• Translate brand vision into elevated architectural concepts and immersive retail experiences.
• Create conceptual narratives through layouts, spatial studies, mood boards, material research and presentations.
• Explore innovative spatial solutions and new architectural languages aligned with brand evolution.
• Integrate new product categories, launches and customer experiences within retail environments.
• Collaborate with internal design teams to produce and maintain 3D models, ensuring creative integrity throughout all phases.
• Work with R&D to develop technical and material solutions, research new finishes, and supervise prototypes, mock‑ups and samples.
• Partner with Store Planning, Visual Merchandising and hospitality teams to align architectural concepts with operational and brand requirements.
• Coordinate with regional architecture and project development teams to ensure consistency and quality across implementations.

Required profile

• Highly creative architect or interior designer with a strong artistic sensibility.
• Deep understanding of spatial storytelling, materiality and luxury‑retail experience.
• Ability to combine conceptual thinking with meticulous attention to detail and craftsmanship.
• Culturally curious, visually driven and deeply connected to art, design, fashion and contemporary research.
