Graphic & Digital Marketing Intern

About the role

Join Colliers Italy as a Graphic & Digital Marketing Intern and support the creation of compelling visual and digital content for a leading real‑estate advisory. You will work across multiple business lines, helping to communicate the brand’s message while gaining hands‑on experience in both design and social media.

Key responsibilities

• Design and produce marketing materials such as pitch decks, brochures, info memos and visual presentations.
• Create graphic assets for Office, Industrial, Retail, Capital Markets and Valuation business lines, ensuring brand consistency.
• Adapt and localise corporate templates for the Italian market.
• Assist in managing Colliers Italy’s social media profiles (LinkedIn, Instagram, etc.), creating and scheduling posts, stories and campaigns.
• Support the development of digital content strategies to boost brand visibility and audience engagement.
• Monitor social media performance, compile key metrics and report results.
• Provide marketing support to internal teams, ensuring consistent communication across projects.
