Group Internal Auditor

About the role

The Group Internal Auditor will work closely with the Head of Internal Audit to develop audit methodologies, execute audits across all brands, and strengthen risk management and internal governance. This position requires a proactive approach to identifying control weaknesses and ensuring effective remediation.

Key responsibilities

• Support the Head of Internal Audit in designing tools and methodologies aligned with best practices and SOX requirements.
• Execute and coordinate financial, operational, and compliance audits across the Group’s brands according to the annual audit plan.
• Identify and assess risks related to business objectives, recommending improvements to control systems.
• Prepare clear audit reports, communicate findings, and propose corrective actions.
• Conduct follow‑up audits to verify implementation of agreed‑upon action plans.
• Liaise with the central Audit Committee, statutory auditors, and supervisory bodies.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of experience in audit firms or internal audit departments of multinational companies, preferably in luxury or retail.
• Master’s degree; professional certifications such as CIA, CCSA, or CRMA are a plus.
• Fluency in Italian and English, both written and spoken.
• Strong integrity, ethical standards, and the ability to work independently under deadlines.
• Willingness to travel globally up to 40% of the time.

Required skills

• Good understanding of IFRS and SOX requirements for public companies.
