Hardware Analysis Engineer (m/f/d)

About the role

We are looking for a Hardware Analysis Engineer to join our fast‑growing e‑mobility team. You will lead detailed failure investigations, work closely with R&D, Production and Quality, and help shape reliable hardware solutions for future charging infrastructure.

Key responsibilities

• Perform detailed failure analyses on products, components or systems to identify root causes.
• Analyse failure reports, replicate failure modes with tests and validate corrective actions.
• Document failures, analyses and corrective proposals.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to implement process and product improvements.
• Use statistical tools to analyse failure data, trends and conduct risk assessments.
• Present findings to technical and non‑technical stakeholders through reports and presentations.

Required profile

• Degree in Electrical, Electromechanical Engineering or a related field.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Required skills

• Failure analysis techniques such as FMEA, 8D and RCA.
• Experience with power electronics development or analysis.
