Head of Brand – Relocate to Milan

About the role

As Head of Brand you will own the creative and brand strategy end‑to‑end, bridging high‑level storytelling with measurable business impact. The role is based in Milan and requires relocation to our office.

Key responsibilities

• Produce and oversee all creative assets, ensuring high quality and brand consistency.
• Drive ATL (TV, radio, OOH, print) and BTL activations to bring the brand to life.
• Lead social media and community strategy, including influencer programmes.
• Shape and protect brand identity using research, surveys and listening insights.
• Build and mentor a high‑performing creative team, establishing design reviews and feedback loops.
• Collaborate with Growth and Product teams to align brand initiatives with acquisition and retention goals.
• Define and track KPIs for brand awareness and consideration, linking projects to company OKRs.

Required profile

• 10+ years of experience in brand management or creative direction, preferably in fast‑growing tech or top‑tier agencies.
• Deep understanding of design systems, rebranding processes and multi‑channel campaign production.
• Hands‑on leader who can dive into details of layouts or scripts.
• Data‑informed mindset, able to translate brand concepts into business objectives using KPIs and OKRs.
• Exceptional communicator fluent in English, capable of simplifying complex brand visions.
