Head of Business Development and Communication – Europe

About the role

MOSHNEB, a luxury bronze brand based in Milan, is seeking a Head of Business Development and Communication for the European market. The role is full‑time, on‑site, and reports directly to the Group CEO. The leader will drive client acquisition, revenue growth and uphold brand standards across Europe.

Key responsibilities

• Build, maintain and expand a network of potential clients across Europe, focusing on star architects and interior designers.
• Develop and execute strategic business plans to increase revenue while preserving brand image.
• Lead, hire, and regularly evaluate internal and external teams supporting business development and communication activities.
• Coordinate cross‑functional projects, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and market requirements.
• Analyse market data and performance metrics to make data‑driven decisions.
• Represent MOSHNEB at industry events and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.

Required profile

• Proven success in a senior business development or communication role within a luxury furniture, interior design or architecture studio.
• Strong team‑management and leadership abilities.
• Excellent project‑management and analytical capabilities.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills for networking with high‑profile clients.
• Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing or a related field preferred.
• Fluency in English and Italian.
