Head of Services – Senior Director

About the role

Campari Group is seeking a senior leader to define the enterprise vision and operational objectives for an integrated Service Delivery Platform. The role will create a modular, scalable framework that delivers seamless, user‑centric experiences across the global organization while aligning with market priorities.

Key responsibilities

• Own the Service Delivery Platform vision, target operating model and service taxonomy, ensuring alignment with corporate strategy and digital agenda.
• Prioritise the enterprise service portfolio, sponsor multi‑year roadmaps and hold accountability for experience, cost‑to‑serve, speed and risk outcomes.
• Collaborate with technology owners to secure enabling data, AI, workflow, integration and API capabilities, removing roadblocks without leading architecture.
• Establish global governance, define KPIs, SLAs and experience metrics, and chair performance reviews to drive continuous improvement.
• Partner with business units and global functions to shape demand, build robust business cases and lead change and adoption across countries.
• Build and inspire a high‑performing multinational leadership bench, creating delivery centres only where financially and talent‑wise justified.
• Embed compliance, risk and security requirements into service design and operations.

Required profile

• Proven senior‑level experience (Director or equivalent) in service delivery, operating model design or enterprise platform leadership.
• Strong strategic thinking with the ability to translate corporate goals into actionable service frameworks.
• Demonstrated capability to lead multinational, multi‑disciplinary teams and influence senior stakeholders.
• Excellent governance and performance‑management skills.
