About the role
Granstudio is looking for an HR professional to lead recruitment and shape the employee experience for a multidisciplinary design studio of about 70 people. The role starts with a focus on talent acquisition and will expand to cover the full employee life‑cycle.
Key responsibilities
- Partner with hiring managers to define hiring needs, balancing technical skills, team dynamics and cultural fit.
- Build and maintain international talent pipelines through direct search, networking, university relations and career events.
- Source and engage hard‑to‑reach candidates across design, engineering and technology disciplines.
- Conduct interviews in Italian and English, ensuring a high‑quality candidate experience.
- Support onboarding and integration from day one to guarantee a smooth employee journey.
- Plan and coordinate HR activities related to payroll, training & development and labour‑law compliance, working with external partners.
- Contribute to HR initiatives such as team‑building, internal communication and culture projects.
- Continuously improve HR and recruitment processes using new tools and methods.
Required profile
- Degree in Psychology (Work & Organizational Psychology preferred) or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in HR, with a strong focus on recruitment and employee experience.
- Fluent in English and Italian.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, able to build trust across teams.
- Highly organized, capable of managing multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
- Curiosity about people, organisations and team dynamics.
