IELTS Speaking Examiner – Verona

About the role

Wall Street English Italy is an authorized IELTS test centre seeking qualified professionals to join its team as IELTS Speaking Examiners in Verona. The role involves assessing candidates' spoken English proficiency according to IELTS standards.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct IELTS Speaking tests in a fair, consistent, and professional manner.
• Evaluate candidates' performance using official scoring criteria.
• Provide accurate and timely test reports to the centre.
• Maintain confidentiality and uphold the integrity of the examination process.

Required profile

• Undergraduate or Master’s degree (or equivalent qualification).
• Recognised TESOL qualification or an equivalent university award.
• Minimum three years of full‑time (or equivalent part‑time) TESOL teaching experience, with at least one year after obtaining the certificate.
• Majority of teaching experience with adult learners (16 years and over).

Required skills

• Strong command of English language.
• In‑depth knowledge of IELTS Speaking assessment criteria.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
