Influencer Marketing Coordinator – Luxury Fashion

About the role

We are seeking an Influencer Marketing Coordinator to lead and execute influencer campaigns for our luxury fashion brands. You will manage talent scouting, event dressing, product seedings, logistics and supplier relations while delivering performance insights to optimise partnerships.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee show‑dressing guidelines, orders and deliveries in collaboration with internal teams.
• Plan and coordinate pre‑ and post‑show events with influencers.
• Develop packaging and manage product orders for influencer seedings.
• Support influencer activations across product categories and create innovative trip experiences.
• Produce detailed reports on influencer activity and analyse key performance indicators.
• Maintain supplier registrations, support invoicing processes and identify new external partners.
• Scout and recruit new talent and content creators that align with the brand DNA.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of hands‑on experience in influencer or digital marketing.
• Proven track record of designing, executing and optimising influencer campaigns on multiple platforms.
• Experience building performance reports and analysing KPIs.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Highly organised, detail‑oriented and able to manage multiple projects independently.
