IT Security Architect and Administrator

About the role

The IT Security Architect and Administrator will join Prada's IT Security team in Milan. You will be responsible for designing, implementing and maintaining security solutions that protect the company's digital assets and support ongoing cybersecurity initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Manage IT security projects from design to deployment.
• Design and plan new security technologies and architectures.
• Maintain and administer existing security tools and solutions.
• Create and keep up‑to‑date documentation of the IT security landscape.
• Support audit and certification activities and ensure compliance.

Required profile

• At least 3 years of experience in a similar security role.
• Degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• Proactive self‑starter able to handle multiple initiatives simultaneously.
• Fluent in written and spoken English and Italian.

Required skills

• Deep knowledge of Microsoft security tools (Sentinel, Defender for Endpoint, Defender for Identity, Cloud App Security, Purview, Entra ID).
• Strong experience with Windows and Linux operating systems.
• Understanding of network security technologies (e.g., Palo Alto, Meraki, Vectra).
• Knowledge of cyber‑attack strategies and mitigation techniques.
