Italian‑Speaking Recruiter (Remote, Performance‑Based)

About the role

SME Careers is looking for an experienced recruiter who speaks Italian to help expand its global network of AI‑focused professionals. The position is fully remote and compensation is based on referral fees for each expert you place on a long‑term project.

Key responsibilities

• Proactively source and identify Italian‑speaking experts across a variety of industries for LLM data‑training projects.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates to ensure a continuous flow of talent.
• Refer candidates to the company and act as a long‑term talent partner, strengthening the professional community.
• Track referrals and receive ongoing fees while the placed experts remain engaged.

Required profile

• Proven experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, ideally across multiple sectors.
• Experience hiring in Italy, San Marino, Switzerland, or other Italian‑speaking regions.
• Native or bilingual proficiency in Italian.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Self‑motivated, target‑driven and comfortable working independently.
