Junior Controller – Finance & Controlling

About the role

The Junior Controller will join the Corporate Controller team in Milan, supporting financial planning and analysis activities across the business. This role offers exposure to budgeting, forecasting, and full P&L reporting within a multinational environment.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and monitor budgets, forecasts and variance analyses.
• Develop business models, evaluate investments and conduct ad‑hoc or scenario analyses to aid decision‑making.
• Produce full P&L reports and present financial results to stakeholders.
• Act as liaison between brand business partners, corporate controlling and regional subsidiaries.

Required profile

• University degree and Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Control or Management from a top university.
• 2–3 years of relevant experience in a multinational company (e.g., retail, e‑commerce, consumer goods, consulting or investment banking).
• Fluent in Italian and English.

Required skills

• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft PowerPoint.
