Junior Digital Marketing Manager – Italy

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Junior Digital Marketing Manager to join our team in Italy. You will support the development and execution of digital strategies that drive brand awareness, online sales and customer engagement across multiple channels.

Key responsibilities

• Build and execute digital marketing strategies across online advertising, social media, website, email and e‑commerce.
• Manage social media channels, SEO activities, influencer collaborations and support the rollout of the digital marketing plan for Italy.
• Coordinate day‑to‑day activities with external agencies, set clear KPIs and ensure strong ROI on all digital initiatives.
• Manage and optimise the Vileda Web Shop, contributing to online sales growth through promotional plans and digital activations.
• Develop and implement media plans, manage product and content assets.
• Monitor and analyse digital performance, extracting insights from market trends and customer behaviour.
• Track performance, traffic and conversion KPIs across digital channels and produce regular reports.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of digital touchpoints, ensuring alignment with brand values and business goals.

Required profile

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Digital, Business, Communications or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in digital marketing, media, e‑commerce or similar roles, preferably within FMCG or consumer‑driven industries.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and understand key digital KPIs (traffic, conversion, ROAS, CPM, CTR, etc.).
• Hands‑on experience in digital campaign execution, social media management and e‑commerce operations.
• Creative mindset combined with strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work cross‑functionally and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
