Junior Salesforce Administrator & Developer

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Junior Salesforce Administrator & Developer to join our growing team in Rome. You will support a large‑scale digital transformation programme, handling both day‑to‑day administration and small‑scale development tasks.

Key responsibilities

• Administer and maintain Salesforce orgs, including user management, profiles, roles, permissions, and security settings.
• Develop minor enhancements using declarative tools such as Flows, Process Builder, and validation rules.
• Support sandbox management, deployments, and release activities.
• Monitor system performance, data quality, and overall platform health.
• Troubleshoot and resolve incidents, bugs, and user‑reported issues.
• Coordinate with implementation teams to avoid technical debt, regression issues, and duplicated work.
• Document configurations, changes, and support activities accurately.
• Contribute to Experience Cloud, mobile app configuration, and Education Cloud initiatives when required.

Required profile

• Proactive and autonomous individual comfortable working onsite in a structured environment.
• 1‑3 years of hands‑on experience with Salesforce administration and minor development.
• Full professional proficiency in English; Spanish and/or Italian are a plus.

Required skills

• Salesforce administration (user management, security model, data model).
• Declarative automation tools: Flows, Process Builder, validation rules.
• Sandbox management, deployments, and release management.
• Basic knowledge of Apex and Lightning Web Components (LWC).
• Familiarity with Experience Cloud, mobile app configuration, and Education Cloud.
• Salesforce Administrator certification (mandatory).
• Platform Developer I certification (strong plus).
